Excellent location, spacious rooms and bathroom, friendly and helpful host, good value for money, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.

Occasionally, the bustling neighborhood can lead to some noise, but closing the windows effectively minimizes any disturbance.

We had an unexpected adventure at Federico Secondo B&B. When we arrived, there was a small hiccup with the check-in process, but the friendly staff quickly resolved it and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and a fine bathroom. Despite a minor issue with the lighting in the hallway, the overall ambiance was warm and inviting. We were kinda surprised to find a bottle of Champagne in our room as a special birthday treat. The location of the B&B was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to the cathedral. The breakfast, although mostly pastries and bread, was satisfying, and we enjoyed the cappuccinos made by the staff. The Wi-Fi in our room was excellent, we stayed connected throughout our stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic - I couldn't believe how affordable it was considering the location in the center of Palermo. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the beautifully decorated rooms with all the necessary facilities to the amazingly big shower in the bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast provided fresh bakeries every morning, including delicious croissants and cannoli. It was the perfect start to each day.
